Very lean red meat. Directions for use: Store at -18°C. Thaw a few cubes of meat or the bag of meat in the refrigerator for 24 hours, or at room temperature for 10 hours. The meat can then be stored for a maximum of 48 hours in the refrigerator (4°C). Do not refreeze a thawed product!

Cubes of approximately 80g. 100% cubed kangaroo muscle meat, boneless and offal-free. Because kangaroos are hunted in their natural environment, roaming freely across Australia's vast pastoral areas, this meat contains no antibiotics, growth hormones, or chemicals. It is a high-protein red meat.
